Cancellation

Stornierung

According to our Terms and Conditions, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be fully refunded.

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: The full booking amount will be charged.

Please note that cancellations must be sent in writing via email.

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, health issues (for either person or dog), or force majeure, we reserve the right to reschedule the booking. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative date or a refund.
